This cutting edge technology shows the virtual tours with a 'panning' beam of light on the floor plans.
This graphically indicating to the user the location of various aspects of the room/view. The virtual tours start automatically or the user can click on hot spots on the floor plan to load the respective tour.
This technology is ideally suited for property - whether it be for cutting edge estate agents floorplans, commercial property developers plans of show homes / show flats, amd new home developers show homes. Please note that this technology can only be used to show physically completed property - and hence is ideal for selling property offplan only when there is a show flat available, or graphically representing available offices to let, offices to sell, current business premises or areas where exising floorplans or maps of areas are available.

Costs :
1 - VR Interactive Floorplans - £1,495+VAT. (please note that there is no reduction for having less than 8 tours)
2 - Extra 'tours' - £75+VAT.
3 - Floorplans - £100+VAT ( Redrawn for free from any existing plans). Please note the floorplans are for representative purposes only - see examples
4 - Tripod branding - FREE . ( please email your logo to info@ukvirtualtours.co.uk)
5 - Hosting is FREE for year 1. Then £100pa for year 2 and beyond. (year 2 hosting, whilst speedy convenient and reliable on our servers, is not compulsory as we will send you the files that you can link into your site)
(NB Costs include our photographers time & travel within England, and are based on one photographer conducting all virtual tour photography at one time and one place).
Process:

If you are keen to go ahead we will arrange a time for a photographer to meet you and take the virtual tours, photography (and floorplans) . Please email us your logo, (plans), email address for website correspondence and any other images that you require to be integrated ( eg location map, plans etc).
The photographer will design and produce the VR Interactive Floorplans, and send you a link (unique url) from which you can launch the VR Interactive Floorplans from a text or an image link on your site. We will also send you the raw files ( .jpg) so that you can integrate the VR Viewer into you site, and use the photographs. ( please note that due to the complex design involved we will send you the virtual tours and photographs - but CANNOT send you the Floorplan with the panning virtual tours on). Typically the process takes 96 hours from photography to providing you with the unique URL.
Payment:
We ask that a 50% payment is made prior to confirming and booking the photographer to visit you. The final 50% is paid prior to us releasing the url & images to you.
Year 2 hosting: If you are using our hosting we will invoice you after 10 months, and ask that the bill is paid within the 2 months (prior to the end of your 'Year 1' hosting)/
